Each time the equipping character uses their Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, they gain one of the following three effects in sequence: Winds of Devotion: Increases the equipping character's CRIT DMG by 48% for 10s; Winds of Defiance: Increases Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt by the equipping character by 28% for 10s; and Winds of Plenty: Regenerates for the equipping character 3 Elemental Energy.
Each time the equipping character uses their Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, they gain one of the following three effects in sequence: Winds of Devotion: Increases the equipping character's CRIT DMG by 62% for 10s; Winds of Defiance: Increases Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt by the equipping character by 35% for 10s; and Winds of Plenty: Regenerates for the equipping character 3.5 Elemental Energy.
Each time the equipping character uses their Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, they gain one of the following three effects in sequence: Winds of Devotion: Increases the equipping character's CRIT DMG by 76% for 10s; Winds of Defiance: Increases Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt by the equipping character by 42% for 10s; and Winds of Plenty: Regenerates for the equipping character 4 Elemental Energy.
Each time the equipping character uses their Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, they gain one of the following three effects in sequence: Winds of Devotion: Increases the equipping character's CRIT DMG by 90% for 10s; Winds of Defiance: Increases Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt by the equipping character by 49% for 10s; and Winds of Plenty: Regenerates for the equipping character 4.5 Elemental Energy.
